Phyllis Rajski Janiszewski was known to many as Mom, everyone as Grammy, and a lucky few as GG (Great Grandma). Her greatest pride and joy in life was her massive family she made with her husband Edward "Poppy" Janiszewski. Grammy loved showing her love through food and kindness, which led her family to start this website in the 2010's to share her most popular recipes with the world.
Although Grammy and Poppy are no longer with us, their legacy lives on in their family and everyone her meals have fed. We hope these recipes bring you as much joy as she had making them for the ones she cherished. And always remember:
"The most important ingredient is love!"
The Grammy Cookbook
In 2026 with the help of the whole family, Isabella (grandkid #8) compiled all of Grammy's recipe collection into a cookbook.
While this website contains Grammy's greatest hits, the cookbook includes over 100 entries with contributions from Grammy's mom Irene, her siblings Lolo, Joan, & Paul, and her professional taste tester: Poppy of course.
Although printed as a limited edition for the family, the full cookbook is always available digitally (PDF & JPG) by contacting Isabella, who is also always happy to answer any recipe questions!
